Urban Decay ELECTRIC Palette Review!

 Urban Decay ELECTRIC Palette

Today I have a review on a palette that I had been anticipating for ages. I had to pick this up the second my Sephora received the shipment. This is a wonderfully unique palette containing 10 beautiful bold shades, as well as a double ended eyeshadow brush. Definitely not the colors for someone who likes to play it safe with their makeup, but if you're ready to get crazy this palette is HEAVEN.

Side view of the palette.

This side of the brush is a thin dense paddle brush. It's very small which I appreciate when working with such bright colors, you definitely don't want those getting in places you didn't intend. Much easier to add than remove.

This side of the brush is tiny, but again very dense. Great for putting color on the lower lash line, outer V, or cutting the crease.

~Colors~

The first two shades in the palette are REVOLT and GONZO.
Revolt is a metallic shimmery silver, while Gonzo is an intense blue with lighter blue glitter.

SLOWBURN - SAVAGE - FRINGE.
Slow burn is a neon mid range orange with seemingly silver fine glitter.
Savage is an incredibly bright matte pink
and Fringe is a dark turquoise shade with very vine emerald shimmer.

CHAOS - JILTED
Chaos was previously featured in the Urban Decay VICE palette (which you can see my review of here).  Chaos is a stark blue with very little shimmer when swatched or on the eyes.
Jilted is a strange mix of pink and purple. It really is a beautiful shade and fits very well with the tones in this palette.

URBAN - FREAK - THRASH

Urban is a dark purple with a satin finish. Incredibly pigmented and soft.
Freak is a light shimmery green that comes off a little more sheer than most of the shades in this palette.
And last but not least Thrash is a chartreuse yellow/green shade with similar texture to freak.

Over all thoughts.
I think this palette is absolutely fantastic. If you love bright colors this palette is definitely a must have. All of the color hold up to the wonderful quality Urban Decay is known for, and bring something new and exciting to any collection.

The ELECTRIC palette is available through Urban decay or Sephora.
