Maybelline 24 hour color tattoo eyeshadows review

The Maybelline 24 hour Color Tattoo Eyeshadows are a new line of cream eyeshadows available at the drugstore.  Product claims to wear for 24 hours completely crease free. I currently have 3 of the colors in the line (as seen above from left to right) Pomegranate Punk, Bad to the Bronze, and Tough as Taupe.

My thoughts:

I have not left these on for a full 24 hours but I have  for over 14 hrs completely crease free. I was very impressed by the color pay off, especially in the "Pomegranate Punk" shade, as it swatched and wore beautifully and completely true to color. These are completely comparable to the MAC paint pots in quality, and available for only a fraction of the price at about $6.00 in any drugstore.

MAC Haute And Naughty Lash Mascara

The Haute and Naughty Lash Mascara is a unique dual brush mascara, one for lengthening and definition, and the other to add volume and thicken lashes. (as seen below)

 Lashes with 2 coats of the mascara (one coat of each brush)

How it works:

The mascara actually only contains one wand, but when pulled from the top handle (the pink one) the brush slides through the bottom barrel wiping off excess product, separating the lashes for the lengthening effect. When pulled from the second (purple sparkly) handle, it comes directly from the bottle picking up more product for added volume and thickness.

My thoughts:

This is definitely my current favorite mascara! It is long lasting, looks great, and doesn't leave my lashes feeling hard and flakey. This defines beautifully and the thickening coat really works! The idea of the two wands is really unique and gives you the option to wear just a light coat for day then amp it up for the night.  Overall I really like this mascara and would absolutely recommend checking it out!
